Urge 2 Tattoo Studio is a tattoo studio in Edmonton's Parkallen neighbourhood at 6551 111 Street NW, open daily from 12:00 to 18:00 and by appointment. Johnny Faulds opened it in 1999, four years after founding the first Urge in Victoria, and it shares its premises with Legacy Tattoo Removal. The studio FAQ sets out a shop hourly rate, a deposit taken to hold an appointment, an 18-and-over rule and a free touch-up booked within six months, and states that there is no resident piercer, so the service scope is tattooing only. Each artist keeps their own schedule and is reached through the inquiry form on their profile page or by Instagram direct message. The resident roster is eight tattooers: Johnny, Andrew, Mark, Dylan, Sydney, Ash, Jen and Yura. Gov and Chris are labelled guest artists by the site and are kept outside the roster.
